    I would like to complain about the shoddy service and underhandedness of BB&T. My daughter had an account with them for years. She went to remove the money to another account so she wrote a check for the amount in he account. She forgot about a Netflix charge. So the bank gave her a NSF fee. She deposited the money to cover the Netflix fee. She then went to the bank because she had a card from when she opened the account that gave her a freebie. They drop that charge then issued another NSF fee because they paid $0 dollars. When we called about the new NSF fee they said it was because she did not have enough money to cover the original check. Now the way I see it is she had the money for the check but not the Netflix charge or she had the money for the Netflix but not the check. How did she not have money for both. They basically double charged us and refuse to give us the money back for the second NSF fee that they charged. How do you charge a fee for paying $0 dollars. Needless to say I am going at lunch to cancel all 3 accounts I have with them

    I used them for loan origination. The price was fair, they had everything in order, were pleasant to deal with and the business at hand was completed without drama. I plan to use them again if the need arises.

    Since management has changed Its been great living here. It is pricey but you get cable and internet included into rent. Maintenance has always quickly fixed our problems. Large bedrooms and closets and a large storage closet outside. Staff is very friendly but sometimes it is hard to get ahold of someone in the office by phone. The only thing bad is parking. I work a lot of night shifts and come home to no parking near my building and have to park a good ways down. There are also a lot of people who want to speed. There are children who live here and no park so a lot of them including mine sometimes ride bikes in the parking area and it worries me when people speed into our buildings parking area. Especially one person specifically.
